This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the mk3 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the mk3 platform through mk3.click or any associated application, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use mk3's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mk3 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms is deemed acceptance of the revised terms. mk3 reserves the right to update these terms from time to time without prior notice, and users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use this platform. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of services on the mk3 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. mk3 will never ask you to provide your password via email, message, or phone call. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the mk3 support team.
Mk3 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time to ensure account security and regulatory compliance. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the mk3 platform, you agree to abide by all rules and guidelines set out herein. In particular, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's systems, servers, or network infrastructure.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other means to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from mk3.
- Creating an account using false information or another person's identity.
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership to a third party.
- Abusing platform promotions, offers, or bonuses in a manner that contradicts the stipulated terms and conditions.
Any breach of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, along with the freezing of any associated balance. mk3 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where a violation involves criminal activity or causes harm to the platform or other users.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the mk3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including online banking transfers through FPX and local e-wallets. mk3 does not accept direct payments in foreign currencies.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. Any delays caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers are beyond mk3's control. Users are advised to contact customer support if funds are not credited within the expected period.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established procedures and timelines. mk3 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method registered under the same user's name. mk3 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment details provided by the user.
Mk3 reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use, pending the outcome of an investigation.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The mk3 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mk3 does not warrant that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or viruses at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mk3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and technology used on the mk3 platform are protected intellectual property. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any of these elements without the express written permission of mk3.
The mk3 platform may include links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. mk3 does not control the content of those sites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, content, or practices. Access to any such sites is entirely at your own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Mk3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in cases involving: a breach of the terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, a request from relevant authorities, or at mk3's sole discretion when deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, the balance in that account may be withheld or forfeited.
Mk3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
